I found this very confusing and mind boggling. I an see that there would be uses for RSS within the library system, but I would have to use it often to feel at all confident in my ability or its usefulness.
It is like most new things - the more you use it the better you get at it and the more confident you become. So don't forget to look at it again later when you have more time.
